Same software, different builds
Bitrix24 works in every sector, but it is not built the same way in each. These pages set out what is built differently in yours.
Sectors
Each page covers what is built differently in that sector, which problem it solves and what you end up with.
Health Tourism
In health tourism running ads is easy; turning the leads into treatments is not. The difference sits in your reachability rate, your speed to first contact, and knowing which form actually brings patients.
Clinics and Healthcare
The most expensive loss in a clinic is a no-show. The second is a check-up nobody remembered. Systematic reminders solve most of both.
Construction and Real Estate
In property you do not sell a product, you sell a specific unit. Which apartment went to whom, at what price and on what payment plan has to live in the system.
E-Commerce
In e-commerce the profit is in the second order. Yet most stores know the customer as an order number rather than as a person.
Manufacturing
Industrial sales cycles are long and technical. The quote is revised several times, samples get involved, and the decision passes through several people. That cannot be tracked in email.
Education
Education sales are seasonal: intense during enrolment, quiet outside it. An enquiry missed in season waits a year.
What changes by sector?
The things that actually differ in the build.
| Sector | Custom record type | Critical metric |
|---|---|---|
| Health tourism | Patient lead, consultation | First response time |
| Clinics and healthcare | Appointment, treatment package | No-show rate |
| Construction and real estate | Unit (apartment, office) | Option clashes, collections |
| E-commerce | Order, return request | Repeat purchase rate |
| Manufacturing | RFQ, quote revision | Quote conversion rate |
| Education | Enquiry, parent–student | Enrolment and re-enrolment rate |
What if your sector is not listed?
These six are the ones we work with most, but setup always starts with process analysis; it is the flow that matters, not the sector name.
- The setup starts from your process, not from a sector template
- Non-standard record types can be built with SPA, without code
- Experience from sectors with a similar flow carries over
- On the call we look at your flow and tell you what would be built differently
- If it is not a fit, we say so plainly
Frequently Asked Questions
Is an industry solution a separate product?
No. It is the same Bitrix24 configured around that industry's flow. It needs no extra licence; the difference is in the build; pipeline stages, record types and automation rules.
Our sector is not listed; can we still work with you?
Yes. Setup starts with process analysis in every case; your flow matters, not the sector name. On the call we look at your process and settle what would be built how.
Could we just load a sector template and start quickly?
Technically possible, but we do not recommend it. Templates rest on generic assumptions; when they do not match your real flow the team stops using the system. We take a template as a starting point and adapt it to your process.
We operate in several sectors; is that a problem?
No. Several pipelines and record types can run in the same portal. Each line of business works in its own pipeline with its own stages and reports, while management sees all of them together.
Is an industry setup more expensive?
Price is set by scope rather than sector: how many processes, how many channels, how much data to migrate, whether there are integrations. We give a written, fixed quote after the discovery call.
